Judgment came on regularly for hearing before this Court in Department 2 1, the Honorable
James Richman presiding. AAer full consideration of the points and authorities and related
pleadings submitted, and having heard oral arguments of counsel, the Court rules as follows:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Joint Motion for Approval of Consent
Jud,ment is GRANTED. Pursuant to and in accordance with Health & Safety Code
