Windows forINDUSTRIAL DOORSAlmost from the start of FlexiForce more than thirty years ago, we offer a solid range of windows for industrial doors, produced by high-quality European suppliers. Still today, these window types are well recognized in the market for their modern appearance, but most of all, for their undoubted quality and design. The series 2400-90, 2397 and 2380TC are a good solution for all industrial applications. Recently however, our expanding customer base, also geographically, demanded for a more price efficient alternative for these windows. For these customers we introduced two years ago a new range of windows, both in click- as in screw-assembly version, oval and rectangular and in different sizes for a wider range of panel thicknesses, even up to 80mm! We are now convinced that we do offer “a window to every need” in the industrial range. Check out our line of products, item by item on the following pages.

2300 / 2340GHistorically, one of the first window types used on isolated door panels, so called, “caravan window”. A double acrylic window (code: 2300) surrounded by a rubber EPDM seal (2340G) which fits the 40mm panel thickness. A basic solution.

WHAT IS QUALITY IN WINDOWS?A PERFECT WINDOW IS:– easy to install– water tight– temperature resistant– UV-resistant– scratch-resistant

EASE OF INSTALLATION is mainly determined by the “click or screw” assembly of the window in the panel and by the tolerance that is allowed in the cut-out-size of the window.

WATER TIGHTNESS depends on the fixation of the frame in the door panel and the fixation of the glazing in the frame. FlexiForce windows are foreseen with a rubber sealing kit to allow some surface variations in the panel. Grooved panels might require extra sealant. Water penetration classes are declared in our CE-ITTR.

TEMPERATURE RESISTANT. The outer frame, especially black plastic on the sunny side, must withstand big temperature variations in order to keep a good construction. FlexiForce has designed and tested her windows accordingly. Frame and glazing must be UV RESISTANT for a certain lifespan.

To avoid SCRATCHING, FlexiForce supplies her windows with a removable protection foil on the surfaces. Installed windows, must be cleaned in a proper manor to avoid dirt causing scratching, especially with SAN windows.

Quality is assured also in the professional production of windows. FlexiForce inserts the production week/month and year in each frame as part of our factory production control system. This way we can match the time of delivery with the warranty period and take actions where needed.

2380TC1Injection moulded frames. One frame with a glued sealed window cassette and the other as an open frame with a standard ring of sealant. The window cassette consists of 2 acrylate sheets, glued onto an aluminium spacer. Assembly with screws, included in the package. The low rectangular shape gives this window a modern, sharp look.

Thicker: 2450N / 2460N / 2480NToday, increasing building energy demands, lead to an increase of doors with a better energy efficiency and higher insulation factors. Panel thicknesses of 50mm, 60mm and even 80mm are increasing in popularity. We offer the windows for these panels.

Bigger: 2245Almost getting into the range of full vision sizes, this window with a width of 892mm and a height 435mm passes through large amounts of light into the building. XXL!

Round: 2339CLA round window can offer, also in industrial applications, a nice, different and distinctive design touch to a door. For example, when integrated in a pass door. This plastic round window is 329mm in diameter and suitable for all panel types between 38-40mm.

Reason for FlexiForce to thrive for offering the widest range possible, to allow each end user to have the proper window choice for his door. Resulting in different sizes, colours, finishes, designs. And in a range of inserts to finish the appearance.

CLICK OR SCREW? The inner- and outer window frames can be installed in the door by clicking or screwing them together. FlexiForce offers both options. Clicking is less labour intensive. Advantage of screwing the frames is that you can easily dismantle the window again for repairs, replacement or when installed wrongly. Our sales statistics show that both ways of assembling are almost equally liked in our customer group.

Stainless steel, AISI-304, brushed frame and hardened glass filling. Top quality which looks stunning in traditional and high tech garage doors. Typically not the cheapest solution for a window in a door, so a clear “up-sell” opportunity for you as door producer. For panels 38-42mm.

Full-vision sectionsWhen a window is not enough, full vision door sections offer a good alternative solution for “more light in the building”. The market share of full-vision door sections is increasing. That means that more and more doors, are completely aluminium full vision doors or at least have one or more sections in aluminium with glass. Full vision sections are also no longer just for industrial doors. We see a worldwide trend that garage doors with high-tech, modern appearance are increasingly appreciated by the end user. So full-vision garage doors are no exception to the rule anymore. Making a full vision section is a complex process which you either must take seriously or stay away from. Many small- to midsized door companies do stay away from it and therefore are forced to buy their sections at higher pricing, often from their direct competitor in the door market.


CLEAR VIEWS FULLVIEW® FULL-VISION SECTIONS

FlexiForce offers full vision sections, produced and assembled on customer order. The name for our service is: FULLVIEW!

THE BASIC PRINCIPLE IS SIMPLE:– FlexiForce provides you with an excel calculation sheet which you can use for

configuring, pricing and ordering single or multiple aluminium-glazed sections. Simply print the outcome of the selection to a sheet on your printer or to pdf.

– You can email or fax the ordering sheet to your FlexiForce sales team. They will confirm the price and delivery time.

– Depending on the complexity of your configuration and the size of the order, your sections will be shipped, neatly packed, either with your hardware orders from the FlexiForce subsidiary that you work with, or directly from FlexiForce Hungary, where production takes place. The delivery time varies from 2 – 3 weeks from order. Standard, non-coated sections within two weeks from order date.
