stay connected to its clients is

fundamental to its business, and in

particular for its web-based software

solutions. So, with ClearStructure

relocating to new oces in London, it

needed to establish reliable, dedicated

Internet access to ensure seamlessbusiness operations, and fast.

With the Internet core to its day-to-day

business, when ClearStructure Financial

Technology relocated its London oce,

it needed to guarantee a smooth

transition to its new network, with

assertions that there would be no

reduction in connectivity, to ensure

service levels were maintained. At the

same time, ClearStructure also took the

opportunity to upgrade its Internet

access to provide improved bandwidth,

to handle both its voice and data

requirements, with the flexibility and

reliability required to meet its ongoing

business needs.

With the deadline for the move fast

approaching, ClearStructure was under

substantial pressure to establish

connectivity quickly. However, at a time

of the year when a number of major UK

bank holidays and public events were

taking place, it faced a unique set of

challenges and needed a partner that

could still ensure on-time delivery,

despite the challenging circumstances.

solution with a managed router from

performance Internet access. Delivery

on schedule was of the highest

importance, with strict timelines and

SLAs in place. Colt was able to deliver a

ClearStructure’s voice and data

the highest levels of service quality. The

symmetrical Internet connection also

delivers guaranteed bandwidth speeds,

uploads and downloads to oer

A number of challenges had to be

overcome due to a major public event

in the area and the resulting security

operation, including road closures

which placed restrictions on when thenew oce could physically be

connected to the network. Despite this,

Colt was able to deliver the new

solution to the highest standards

through stringent due diligence and

close collaboration with its partners and

ClearStructure to ensure deadlines were

met and alternatives found so that all

the systems were in place to guarantee

service from the first day in the new

location. The new system was in place

within just over a month of the order

being received.

Results

ClearStructure was able to seamlessly

make the move from its previous

location to current oces in London.
