CLEARING NEGATIVITY IN YOUR LIFE
When Dr. Joe Vitale released his new program, The Secret Reflection™, on a world-wide free event
from The Abundance Project, hundreds of questions flooded in asking if it will help with this issue
or that. One of the most common questions was about negativity.
Will it clear negative feelings
and thoughts?
As he said in the online
training, the problem with
negativity is that it is all around
us. It comes from media,
family, friends, and even our
own thoughts.
Dr. Vitale revealed that his new
program, The Secret Reflection,
specifically uses the mirror
process that he teaches in his powerful program called The Secret Mirror. Including the mirror
process, The Secret Reflection combines about 15 different methods that help you become
conscious, identify and clear limiting beliefs and counter intentions, realize your potential, and
break through to be your best self.
As he taught in the training, Dr. Vitale uses The Secret Mirror as often as he needs to. Sometimes
multiple times per day. Sometimes weekly. And a powerful tool he uses for clearing negativity
during his session is a ancient practice called Ho’oponopono.

Ho’oponopono is a powerful, ancient Hawaiian
technique for clearing your life of negativity and self-
imposed limitations, taught by Dr. Hew Len. With it,
you can clear the data in your subconscious, freeing
you to hear the path that is waiting for you. The
more you clear your unconscious of its flawed
programming, the more your higher self can guide
your way.
Here are five simple tips to help you incorporate the Ho’oponopono method into your mirror
session.
Tip #1. Observe Your Feelings And Thoughts
Have you ever been overwhelmed or weighed down by a negative comment from a friend? This
feeling can be triggered by a thought, another person, an event, or anything that triggers a
negative association. This is the stimulus. Realize the problem is inside you, not in the other
person.
It’s actually a problem that you have control over. Whatever the case, the first step is to notice
that you don’t feel good. You’re angry, upset, worried, scared, lost, vacant or any other of a wide
range of emotions and feelings that could be labeled as unhappy.
Especially in the early stages, these feelings often come up during your personal mirror sessions.
Using Ho’oponopono during your mirror session, as the feelings come up, can give you power to
train your mind to clear itself of the beliefs and patterns that lead you to feeling unhappy. Instead,
you can quickly come to a place of peace and contentment.
Tip #2. Start To Clean On The Feeling
Don’t clean on the other person, or the thought, or the situation, or anything “out there.” The
problem is inside. You control yourself. You are the one aware of a problem. You are the one who
has to clean it. Saying “I love you”, “I’m sorry”, “Please forgive me” and “Thank you” is the way to
clean.
Repeat that statement non-stop in your mind while feeling the problem as you perceive it. But
don’t just stop at unwavering repetition. Open yourself to applying the concepts behind the words
in your life. Remember LOVE, HUMBILITY, FORGIVENESS, and GRATITUDE.

Tip #3. Let Go Of The Need, Addiction, Feeling or Attachment
When you first experience the negative feeling or thought, consciously take a step back and
observe what you are feeling. Realize that this feeling or thought is not you. You are experiencing
it but it is not you.
As you continue to clean, occasionally observe your feelings as if you are a third party. Notice how
your mood shifts and improves or declines. Move back into your full presence and continue to
clean until you become detached from the negativity and let go. You will come to a feeling of peace
and
Tip #4. Listen For Promptings To Take Inspired Action.
Dr. Hew Len once said that he cleans on a decision three times. If the answer is the same after
those cleanings, he takes action on it. This means if I get an impulse to do something to resolve the
perceived problem, I might clean on it three times before I actually take any action.
In this way, you ensure that the action is coming from inspiration and not memory. Then you
must quickly take action. By doing so, you open yourself up to more inspiration.
Tip #5. Repeat as needed.
Everyone wants a shortcut to cleaning and
reaching Zero. But that very impatience needs
cleaning. Wanting something right now is
memory playing out, urging us to get instant
gratification. It’s data. The Divine has no time
and no urgency. Wanting things to unfold
faster than they unfold is a wonderful
opportunity to clean.
Keep cleaning because it makes you feel
lighter, happier and healthier. It’s a fast-track
way to remove the data in your being so that
you can get closer to the Divine. It’s also easy, effortless and free.
The Secret Reflection combines the Ho’oponopono practice as well as The Secret Mirror, along
with 13 other methods. It’s a 10 week program that incorporates his miracles coaches, along with
instructional demonstrations of The Secret Mirror, Ho’oponopono, Nevilizing, and Socratic
Questions.
