CLEANSING AND BLESSINGFor Your Home, Your Room or Your Office

PREPARING FOR THE CEREMONY

First - Eliminate everything w ithin the home w hich is counterproductive tohaving pure, uplifting energy. There is no judgment intended, but these arethings that "lower" the vibration of any home. They are not listed in any order of importance. You may not be able to eliminate everything listed, but do the best youcan.

fighting, arguing, blaming, or any hostile angry behavioral interactionsq

drinkingq

smokingq

drug useq

overuse of dark colorsq

absence of sunlightq

artificial smells including chemical cleaning solventsq

heavy smells remaining from cooking meats, bacon etc, fish. (If you eat meat just do not cook it the day of the cleansing)

TV, DVD's or videos which are violentq

Rap Musicq

unclean, dirty, overly messy roomsq

Second - Add things w hich generally uplift the energy.Singingq

Dancingq

Just about any Joyful or playful activitiesq

Light from the sun and/or from color in the roomq

PURE THERAPEUTIC AROMATHERAPY (Like Young Living or Oshadi) avoidartificial smells including perfumes wherever possible

Incense (Pure temple incense only - like sandalwood)q

Sage.q

Candles (not artificially fragranced if possible)q

Higher vibrational music and sounds;- Ghandarva Veda is very high vibrational music intended to transform theenergy according to the time of the day--Gregorian Chants--some of the classics - (Mozart - Pachabel etc)--some New Age Music like Steve Halpern, Michael Hammer, Deva Primal--Crystal Bowls

Follow the above recommendations for at least a week prior to the ceremony.

Third - CREATING THE CEREMONY

Start with a clear intention or intentions of what energy you wish to create there.Write it down as a positive statement, such as:

"My home is sanctuary for everyone who enters here.It is uplifting, positive and healing and the angelic beings keep it pure and happy at

all times.

The energy in my home is sacred. I honor my home and myself bykeeping my own energy in the vibration of love, joy, forgiveness, and

respect for all of God's creation.

Yes, you can use one or both of these intentions, but I suggest you add your ownwords and energy as that will be much more powerful for your home. Each memberof your family might wish to add his/her own intention. Or, write one together thataddresses all your desires. .

Next create a portable "altar". Place one or two pictures of your favorite saints, orinspirational figures, spiritual teachers or angels. (Jesus, Mary, St. Germain, Qwan

Yin, Mother Theresa, Archangel Michael, Martin Luther King, etc.) . Place a large long-burning candle next to the picture or pictures - symbolic of thelight of God which is within you and the very light you will be drawing on to healand bless your room. .

FIN D A LARGE TRAY - as you will be carrying some of the altar elements fromroom to room. PLACE THE TRAY IN FRONT OF THE Sacred PICTURE(S) and next toTHE CANDLE. You will not be carrying the candle from room to room as this fire,once lit, is intended to remain there. .

Place the following 4 items on the tray:.

small bunch of flowers - symbolic of the blossoming of life some incense or sage - symbolic of the cleansing energy of smell a bowl of small crystals, shells, rocks or gemstones - symbolic of the power of "earth" substances to ground and hold the new energy there. The WRITTEN special intention for cleansing and blessing your home whichshould include what you intend to create in that space today. This might include aspecific intention for each room - which you might place in each room and read asyou go. .

NOTE: This intention should NOT include w ords like:I w a n t t o e lim in a t e t h e b a d e n e r g y

I w a n t t o e lim in a t e lo w e r v ib r a t io n s .

When writing intentions and/or affirmations always word them so that they areaffirming NOW the energy you DO want .

Start the music which is in keeping with your tradition or inclination. If music is"supposed to be spiritual" but it is upsetting to you choose something else.

Light the candle and the incense.

Read aloud and place your intention on the tray in front of the picture of Jesus, or St.Germain or whomever you have chosen as your assistant in amplifying the newuplifting energy of your home.

Sit quietly holding one of the crystals In front of the altar. Visualize a large ball of Golden Light energy entering the room from above you and filling the room.Visualize the type of loving interaction you wish to have in this specific room.

NOTE: Yo u may w rite out the exact energy you w ish to have in each roomready to read it aloud so that your visualizations w ill be stronger. After 5minutes - Leave one flow er and one crystal in this room and mo ve on to thenext room.

P lease do not rush this take longer if you need it

Carefully carry the tray with the incense, the flowers, the bowl of crystals and yourintention to the next room. As you go into each room, stop, read your intention aloudand repeat the visualization of bringing in the Golden Light, and seeing the newinteraction between people in this room.

Leave one flower and one crystal and go to the next room.NOTE: Continue by repeating steps 9 and 10 until you h ave cleansed everyroom in your home and replaced it w ith new thought forms and energies.

Do the bathrooms next to last. Recite your affirmation - sit on a folded chair orhamper for the same 5 minutes and bring in the Golden Light. Leave a crystal and aflower. Use the water from the faucet to wash your hands and symbolically yourenergy - of all the negativity which you have just cleared away from every room inthe house.

Go to the entryway of the home last. Put the tray on the floor near the front

door. State your affirmation as before - and place a crystal and a flower on eitherside of the door, so that each person who enters into the home will be immediatelyinfluenced by the new energies which have been structured in your home.

Walk around the whole house one more time with your incense - chanting with themusic if you have chosen a chant with words - and move the incense in a circlearound your head and to the left and right and up and down (in the form of a largecross).

Complete by sitting in your favorite room - to meditate for 5 additional minutes. Thistime, you will be visualizing VIOLET LIGHT coming in through the top of the house -transforming THE GOLDEN LIGHT into Violet.

NOTE: VIOLET IS THE COLOR OF TRANSFORMATI ON I T WI LL HELP TOHOLD THE NEW ENERGY AN D IMMEDIA TELY TRANSFORM ANY NEGATIVEENERGY W HICH MIGHT ATTEMP T TO ENTER IN TO THE JOYFUL HAP PYENERGY Y OU HAVE JUST CREATED. .

Leave the incense, the candle and music on for at least an hour.

Remain in silence meditate, read something spiritual,

or take a nap!! - as the new energy replace the old.
