STURDY AND LASTING BUILT

They are built in high-quality hot-dip galvanised steel.

The main body and sided parts are equipped with wear-resistant alloy slipping platforms, improving its dura-bility even with sand as bed material.

ADAPTABLE TO EVERY KIND OF FLOORING

They are equipped with transversally ar-ticulated shovels, which adapt themsel-ves to different floor gradients.

The edging articulated shovels allow to adapt themselves to different alleys width.

CLEANLINESS IS NOT AN OBSTACLE

Cows walk above the scrapers without any problem thanks to their small height.

RUBBER AS A CLEANING MATERIAL

They are equipped with rubber sheets in the cleaning shovels.

This material adapts itself to the floor irregularities, improving the cleaning efficiency without damaging the con-crete.

The sheets are easily replaced.

According to the installation require-ments, steel shovels or wear-resistant alloy can be also provided.

ALLEYS SCRAPERS

GALVANISED SCRAPER FOR GRILLS

It is composed of a central body and two-sided wings with fi-xed cleaning shovels at both sides to clean in both ways. The scraper height is reduced so it cannot bother.

FOLDABLE GALVANISED SCRAPER

Designed to be folded manually, simply and quickly to allow machinery access to the alley.

STRAIGHT GALVANISED SCRAPER

Specially designed to work in open systems with two winch engines. It guarantees an efficient cleaning without bothe-ring the livestock. The central body is provided with one or two tensors.

GALVANISED SCRAPER WITHOUT A GUIDE

Designed to be used in alleys without a guide on the floor. The rudder is longer to centre the line. All its other features are as the two tensors galvanised scraper.

“V” SHAPE GALVANISED SCRAPER FOR MANURE

Specifically designed for barn with manure. It is very heavy in order to make easier the pulling of the solid manure. With wheels at the sides. A lighter V shape scraper available for slurry with straw.

• 3 cv Electric engine (5 cv for alleys longer than 90 m).• HLP46 oil deposit, with a capacity of 50 litres.• 27 or 33 litres hydraulic pump, with vacuum filters.• Manual changeover valve (optional electric valve).• Manual control panel (optional automatization).

These machines are defined by their sturdiness; they present a low number of malfunctioning.

They have a great towing power, so they can clean a bigger amount of dung (long alleys, dry and thick dung, etc.).
