SMALL DIAMETER POTABLE WATER PIPE REHABILITATIONThe technology was originally developed to cure and prevent pipe leakage, and reduce theharmful effects of corrosion. It provides a proven, cost effective alternative to repairing orreplacing customer-side, communication pipe work, and also in protecting existing buildingpiping systems, using technology to restore pipes “in-place.” This amazing process virtuallyeliminates digging, cutting into walls, floors, ceilings and foundations to replace or repair pipes.

LARGE DIAMETER WASTE WATER PIPE REHABILITATIONOur cured in place piping technology does not require excavation to rehabilitatea pipeline that is either leaking or structurally unsound. A resin-saturated felt tubemade of polyester, fibreglass cloth or a number of other materials suitable for resinimpregnation, is inverted or pulled into a damaged pipe. It is usually done fromthe existing upstream access point and is often installed through a manhole. Theliner can be inverted using water or air pressure and forms a tight-fitting, jointlessand corrosion-resistant replacement pipe.

LARGE DIAMETER PIPEREHABILITATION AND REPAIR

This process involves the inversion of a resin saturated felt linerinto the existing pipeline. The inverted liner is heat-cured andthe end result is a new, continuous pipeline inside the originalhost pipe. The resin is specially formulated for each pipelineapplication and the liner is custom-made to the exact pipelinediameter being repaired.

Our unique, no-dig technology, Cured-in-Place Pipelining(CIPP) process relines pipelines with a continuous liner fromaccess-point to access-point (manhole to manhole) or insections (point repairs)

Studies have shown upwards of 80% cost-savings and a 90%decrease in green house gas (GHG) emissions as a direct resultof the use of no-dig pipeline rehabilitation, in comparison to thetraditional dig-and-replace method of pipeline repair.

The system can be installed through clean-outs or open endpipes. Only one access point is required. The liner can beambient cured in 3 hours or steam cured in as little as 20 minutes.
