ultimately, school’s about 3 things: developing skills & knowledge to be successful in an ever more competitive world, perform to the best of their ability have a good time along the way, make friends, develop social skills, try new things finally, to go somewhere when they leave… big picture stuff that drives everything we do changed the procedures and our focus over the last couple of years more of a focus on positive destinations
