Classroom Management- Reflection

As an in-service teacher, I have realized that it is important to set the appropriate conditions when doing both teaching and learning process. Most of the time, might be expected to deal with a class of 40 students more less, with children instead of teenagers, with a small place and so on; moreover, all these features are related to how capable we are of managing a classroom management. I consider that at this stage, we should be able to know which are our strengths and weaknesses.

On one hand, what I have noticed so far, within a classroom there are different needs, so for that reason we ought to control and to develop our personal abilities, for example, one of my main skills is to maintain an authority posture, that is to say speak clearly and louder, and especially deciding who is going to do what, and working with people. On the other hand, one of my weaknesses is to cope with critical moments, that is to keep in mind a plan b, to loss the control class among others. Such items, previously mentioned, are the ones who we will gradually improve and perform better, as we take consciousness about the organizational techniques that has to be acquired.
