2. How it was dealt with (successful/unsuccessful)

3. What caused it (take a critical view)

4. How it could have been prevented in the first place (don't forget,

YOU cannot change the student, their parents, their home life,

their health ...)

5. How such things could be avoided in the future (ditto)
