• Value yourself. Be honest and ethical, and practice strong moral values.

• Treat all members of the school community and all visitors with politeness and respect.

• Honor the ideas and opinions of others.

• Offer to help.

• Be responsible with property and belongings.

Student Behaviors

• Follow directions the first time they are given. Listen attentively to the instructions.

• Keep all hands, feet and objects to yourself. Don’t touch others.

• Raise your hand and wait to be called on Don’t shout or blurt out .

• Have all materials when you enter class Be prepared..

• Adjust your voice to suit the activity Use apropiate volume.

• Follow all safety guidelines The Science Lab has many additional safety

concerns

• Two Green Spiral Notebooks Daily Notes Question of the day

• One Green Folder Handouts Graded Papers

• Pencil

• Ruler

• Calculator

Responsibility for Coursework• Bring both notebooks, folder, planner, and

appropriate writing tools to class.

• Know due dates, and submit all work on time.

• All assignments are posted on the bulletin board and on the class Web site.

Policies

• Food and beverages are not allowed in the classroom.

• Please be in your seat when the bell rings and start on the “Question of the day”

• Major assignments and projects can be resubmitted. They will be scored at a lowered grade.

• Grades are based on the accumulation of points.

• Points are based on: Bell Ringer
