Find By Progress
Add Tags by clicking [+] or choose from the tag library below. Gray colored tags represent ‘personal’ tags and yellow colored tags represent ‘domain shared’ tags.
Add Tags by clicking [+] from Google Docs/File List
Select a Tag to browse documents classified by that Tag
Enter ‘Ctag:’ on Google Drive to search. Also find Tag info in Details
Collavate Admin can manage ‘Domain Shared Tags’ so all users can see and choose from those tags.
➔ Enable ‘Tagging’ for Google Drive➔ Add multiple Tags to ‘fine tune’ classifications➔ Use Tags to search files by Type, Category, Age, Pattern, Hierarchy or any
other terms for better organization ➔ Search for documents with the ‘Ctag:’ command in Google Drive ➔ Collavate Admin can manage Tags and set them as ‘Domain Shared Tags’ so
staff users can use them as company policy tags.
