The starting date of water use will be May 18, 2015, and end on July 7, 2015. At the point of diversion, the flow rate will be 400 gpm and the approximate volume will be 4,200 gallons for each truckload of water. Weeden approximates 8 truckload(s) per day, which equates to 33,600 gallons per day and is less than the 60,000-gallon maximum stated in Montana Code Annotated 85-2-410 (2). There will be two different points of diver-sion, one for Rock Creek North and the other for Rock Creek South. Rock Creek North will have a pump located west of the boat ramp and Rock Creek South will have one set up to pull out of Rock Creek Bay.

SPECIAL EDUCATION RECORDS DESTRUCTION NOTICE

Glasgow School District #1A will soon destroy special education/speech-language records of former students who have been out of school for at least five (5) years.

Former students may contact Jane Kolstad at 228-2485 before August 27, 2015, if they wish to review the files or obtain copies of the information contained in them. The informa-tion to be destroyed shall not include data collected on a routine basis that is maintained on all school children (such as the student’s name, address, telephone number, grade level completed and year completed).

Parents of students still in school but not in special education for at least five (5) years may also request that their children’s records be destroyed. Parents of these students also have the right to inspect the special education records and obtain copies of the information contained in those records before they are destroyed.
