There were 33 motor vehicle stops, and two reports of loose cows.

Saturday, Sept. 24, 20160750 A female reported a ve-

hicle that hit a deer just west of Glasgow by the old Earl’s Body Shop. She said the vehicle just continued on and didn’t stop, but the deer wasn’t looking so good. It was standing on the south side of the highway, but now they have driven past it, so they aren’t sure if it is still in the same spot or not.

0841 A male advised he backed into a vehicle at Holiday this morning. He spoke with the owner of the other vehicle and they exchanged insurance information and then both left the scene.

1259 A female believed some-one stole her vehicle when she had it parked behind Agland. She said she left it parked there, went into the ice shack, and when she came out, the vehicle was gone.

She has been trying to track down grandkids and people who may have taken it before she reported it stolen, but she can’t find any-one who took it. Her son thought he had seen the vehicle headed toward Wolf Point this morning. The missing vehicle is gold in color and it may be heading to Missouri.

1413 A male caller advised he was a mail carrier and had a dog that was trying to bite him. He said this was not the first time this dog had tried to get him.

2203 An anonymous male caller reported a drunk driver who was also underage, driving a white Chevy pickup with a headache rack and grill guard. He left the Valley Event Center going east. The caller stated he saw him drinking beer at the center. The same caller called back to say he saw the drunk driver driving around the Valley County Road Dept., and later at Shopko. Offi-cers picked up two juveniles from

the Chevy pickup, brought them to the PD, and they were cited for MIP. The juveniles were later released to their parents.

Sunday, Sept. 25, 20160057 An officer reported to

dispatch that a juvenile was being issued a MIP and to log a BAC of .094.

0904 A female caller would like to get some of her stuff out of her house in Glasgow, but her ex-husband is telling her he is going to kill her if she comes into the house. Her ex is on probation. Now the ex is throwing her stuff out of the house. Conditions on the ex say that he is to have no contact with his wife or their son, as well, as he must submit to a blood, breath or urine test if suspected of consuming alcohol. An officer requested a conditions check on the caller as well, as she had just gotten a DUI in Colstrip. The female caller with the DUI was to have no alcohol and was supposed to get the items when

the ex wasn’t home. An officer advised the BAC for the ex was .000. The female caller left the scene and headed to her friend’s house. Officers will try and catch up with her there.

1603 A female was missing her orange and white Brittany spaniel at Fort Peck. She said the dog took off down the face of the dam through the boulders and had disappeared on the peninsula on the Gateway side of the dam. He was a full-grown male about 35 pounds and was not wearing a collar. The information was added to VCSO Facebook page and by 1714 hours, the caller had her dog back.

1938 An officer advised about a man who came to the PD station reporting there were dogs running around his house that chased him when he was out for a run.

Monday, Sept. 26, 20161036 A female caller reported

that a male had taken their news-paper. The paper was returned to

the Senior Citizens’ Center.1050 ADT advised they had an

alarm in a third floor vent at the post office. Dispatch spoke with someone there, and they believe it was a false alarm. The person at the post office called back to say that workers on the third floor got saw dust in the vents. They will reset the alarm in an hour.

1211 A report of a $550 check that was stolen was given to a deputy. The person who called this in spoke to someone at the business where the check was from, who told her they could not give her any information, but they could give it to law enforcement.

1309 There is a disabled motor vehicle at Glasgow, but it is off the roadway. No further action required.

1431 An arrest(s) was made for an assault at Opheim.

1503 A female came home and found her door wide open and her brown male pit bull gone. She

said the dog is full grown and has a blue harness-type collar on. She didn’t know if anything else was missing. An officer said he was over there earlier and saw the dog sitting in front of the Roosevelt. At 1544, the female caller found her dog.

1647 A male caller reported a blue 90’s Chevy S10 with Montana plates racing by their residence on a regular basis. The vehicle just went by doing about 30-35 mph. It was last seen headed eastbound about 15 min-utes ago. When they asked him to slow down, the driver flipped them off. The caller said there were kids playing outside at the time. The caller believes that the speeder is on the fire department. He will sign a complaint.

1655 An officer said he re-ceived a report from a male that his cream-colored husky was missing.
