Bar Setups- • Beer and Wine Setup- Includes glassware, assorted Pepsi products, appropriate beer garnishes, iced water and cocktail napkins for $1.50 per person. • Full Bar Setup- Includes glassware, assorted Pepsi products, bar garnishes, cocktail mixers, iced water and cocktail napkins for $2.00 per person. • China service will be offered for all indoor bar setups, compostable glassware will be used for outdoor bar setups. • Please note alcohol and bartending services are a separate fee and will need to be coordinated with conference & Event Planning

Cake Cutting Service- • Providing your own cake- • A food waiver needs to be filled out and filed with the event coordinator. • Cake cutting is $1 per person, includes a Catering staff member to cut the cake. Does not include plates, napkins & forks. • Full service cake cutting and plating is $2 per person, includes china service and a Catering staff member to cut and plate the cake. • Ordering a cake through Classic Fare Catering- • Includes a cake knife, plates, forks and napkins. • Cake cutting is $1 per person. • Please note Classic Fare does not specialize in wedding cakes. Cakes ordered through Catering are standard sheet cakes and need a week lead time.

Cupcake Stand Rental- A three tier cupcake stand is available to rent for $25.

Linen- White table linens, white skirting and white napkins are included with all food and beverage orders. Specialty linen is available for an additional fee. Please inquire about specialty linen needs.

Dietary Accommodations and Custom Menus- Our talented Chef’s are delighted to create special menus that accommodate your culinary preferences, dietary needs and budget.

Menus- Final menu selections should be completed no later than 3 weeks prior to the event.

Counts- An estimated count is due upon booking. The final guest count is due 7 business days prior to the event. This is your guarantee and not subject to reduction. We will prepare food for 5% over the guarantee.

Service Charge- A 20% administrative charge will be applied to all food and beverage. State of Michigan requires 6% sales tax to be applied to the total food and beverage purchase, including service charges and any equipment rental.

Payments- Final payment is due in full 7 days prior to the event.

Food To-Go Policy- In order to adhere to the University’s health and food safety policy, no food is to be taken off the premise.
