Ten years ago, Mr. de Medeiros, a life-long friend of Martha Phillips, opened his own luxury fashion boutique in the space that Martha Phillips once occupied on Worth Avenue. After building that successful business for 10 years, the boutique was closed in September and Mr. de Medeiros has plans to pursue his life-long passion to paint and unleash his artistic ability on canvas.
