Eating healthy morning f ood will make your metabolism to work balanced.

Af ter having at least light breakf ast a day, your mood will def initely be good out ofswinging and irritability.

Thus, having breakf ast is so important to start up a healthy and f resh day. But, how many ofpeople are aware of the types of f oods that we can take during morning time? Being in ahurry,you might be gulping down some less calorie f ood or juices thinking that, they are going tobe a healthy f ood f or your body.

1. Don’t be fooled by canned juices:

Most of them think that drinking Fruit juices will be a great start to kick of f the tiredness. But doyou know that canned juice will result in weight gain? Researcher ’s says, most of the packedcanned juices are packed with sugar and unhealthy ingredients that may cause an automaticweight gain. Instead it is advised to have the real pulpy f ruit itself , which directly gives you theoriginal vitamins and minerals and also makes your tummy f ull t ill the next meal hour.

3. Take your favorite coffee:

Being in diet doesn’t mean giving up your f avorite cof f ee. You don’t have to give up your bedcof f ee unless or until you are not addicted to it. Researcher ’s says, it is good to have cof f ee toboost up your mind and body. Cof f ee intake is considered good since it cuts down the musclepain up to 48% and also a good substitute to reduce the intake of alcohol. 4. Stay away from the Buffet Breakfast:

When you stay at hotels or restaurants you are prompted to have morning breakf ast in the f ormof buf f et. This will def initely make you to gain weight since the buf f et system has all varieties off ood at a single place. It is good to stay in control by just taking boiled eggs, milk, bread toastand cereals. Just look af ter that, your calorie intake is between 500 to 600 calories in themorning.

5. Don’t choose carb-rich Breakfast:

Avoid carb-rich f oods in the morning. Foods like rice, potatoes, drinking powders, low f atcrackers, cakes, cookies, etc should be strictly avoided. These carbs are actually treated the wayit looks, and most people don’t understand that they get converted to sugar af ter being digested.This sugar results in gaining weight and thus it must be avoided.

6. Don’t take Baby size Breakfast:

Eating your desired f oods in a small amount will never shed down your weight. Instead of havingsmall baby size breakf ast with unhealthy f oods, try to eat tummy f ull healthy f iber-rich f oods. More f iber will keep you hunger-f ree f or a long time. Fiber-rich f oods like corn, caulif lower,berries, cereals, oranges make you to keep healthy even you take them in large amounts. Fiber-rich f ood helps to modulate the immune system and thus helps in decreasing the risks ofcardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancer and obesity.

7. Avoid Jams and Sausages:

You may think that having bread and jam may help to lose weight. But do you really know thetruth? Jams, or any preserves are f ull of carbs which are gelled and packed in a jar. As said above,carb-rich f oods must be avoided since they contain 99% of granulated sugar packed in cans andbottles. As f ar as possible use less jams with your breads and toast.
