■ One-on-One Course Selection Appointments: ○ Central - 1/27 and 1/28○ West - 1/29 and 1/30○ SM&M - 2/4
*ALL COURSE REQUESTS ARE FINAL IF FULFILLED ON SCHEDULE■ Administrators build master schedule - March/April■ Counselors will contact students to resolve any potential schedule conflicts-
April 20th- May 1st■ Student can make an appointment with their counselor to make appropriate
course changes based on approved circumstances-May 4th- May 15th■ Students will be able to view their tentative 2020-2021 class schedule-June 1st
What you will need:■ 9th grade curriculum guidebook (Will be handed out during classroom
presentations).

■ Course Selection Sheet (Will also be handed out during classroom presentations, sample seen at end of PowerPoint). MUST BE COMPLETED & SIGNED BY PARENT/GUARDIAN. Questions can be addressed at the one-on-one visits at the middle schools with an MHS Counselor or by calling Ms. Beran at MHS.
