Adding the Calendar to an iPhone

4. Select Add Account.

1. Go to Settings.

2. Go to Calendar.

3. Go to Accounts.

5. Select Other.

6. Select Add Subscribed Calendar.

7. Switch to a browser (i.e. Safari or Chrome). Go to nieman.harvard.edu/link Select and copy the link.

8. Paste the link you just copied into the !eld next to Server. Select Next.

*If you get the message “Cannot Connect Using SSL.” Select Continue, then select OK at the message “Calendar Subscription: Unable to verify account information.”

9. Select Next. (You can rename the calendar in the Description !eld. You do not need to enter a user name or password.)

*If you get the warning “Calendar Subscription: This account may not be able to reach a calendar. Are you sure you want to continue?” select SAVE, and then Save (at the top) once more.

Important note: If you subscribe to the calendar with the instructions on this page, the calendar will only show up on your iPhone. If you also use the Calendar app on a Mac or iPad AND iPhone and would like those devices to show the Nieman Calendar, please go to nieman.harvard.edu/icloudcalendar and use those Apple instructions instead.
