Class B - High Pressure Water Jetting Assistant Course (1.5 days)

Designed for members of the water jetting team who are not competent to operate independently. Provides the necessary basic skills in safe operation of high pressure water jetting equipment to enable them to work under supervision.

Complies with AS/NZS 4233.1 and AS/NZS 4233.2

Units covered:

MSMWJ201 - Use high pressure water jetting equipment

MSMWHS110 - Follow emergency response procedures

MSMWHS200 - Work safely

MSMPER200 - Work in accordance with an issued permit

Competency is assessed via theory and practical assessments

Upon successful course completion, participants will be awarded a Statement of Attainment for MSMSS00003 - Use high pressure water jetting equipment issued by RTO No. 7022.

Class B - High Pressure Water Jetting Operator Course (2 days)

Designed for lead operators who are required to operate independently. Provides the necessary skills in safe operation of high pressure water jetting equipment to enable them to guide assistant operators.

Complies with AS/NZS 4233.1 and AS/NZS 4233.2

Prerequisites required: Successful completion of the High Pressure Water Jetting Assistant Course and relevant industry experience

MSMWJ301 - Operate a high pressure water jetting system

MEM09002B - Interpret technical drawing

MSMWHS110 - Follow emergency response procedures

MSMWHS200 - Work safely

MSMPER200 - Work in accordance with an issued permit

Competency is assessed via theory and practical assessments

Upon successful course completion, participants will be awarded a Statement of Attainment for MSMSS00004 - Operate a high pressure water jetting system issued by RTO No. 7022.
