• Red was Clara Barton’s favourite colour.• When her little brother became ill, she would find as
many ways possible to take care of him (keep in mind she was a young teenager when her brother got sick)
• The American Red Cross got many volunteers during times of war and natural disasters.
• The leaders of the American Red Cross often brought over their own goods to share and to fulfill the other people’s needs
