love of stage and performing.

Thanks to her inspirational work,

Claire has performed in many

shows and pantomimes.

Claire has over 20 years’ experience as an HR Advisor, working in private industry across a range of sectors including manufacturing, insurance, financial services and the hospitality industry.

She joined Schools’ Choice in March

2010 and her specialist topic is

Managing Absence and promoting

positive mental health.

She is very passionate about this

area and has gained a vast amount

of knowledge and skills in advising

schools on managing absence and

looking after the staff wellbeing issues

that sometimes arise.
