    On 2nd November 2010 JV received advance copy of new water scheme (NDS-10-1810Z51) with requested amendments from Kahramaa.

    On 23rd November 2010 via Technital letter ref. TQB/Z51/581/SRE/mj JV received newwater scheme officially.

    On 2nd December 2010 JV submitted drawings (to Kahramaa) after incorporatingKahramaas requested comments.

    On 5th December 2010 JV received approved stamped scheme of water works fromKahramaa.

    On 7th December 2010 Technital via letter ref. TQB/Z51/650/UE/mj confirmed theapproval of water scheme.

    The new design of Road 1 includes removal and reinstatement of Soak ways, gullies,Kerbs and other additional pavement works which prolonged Road 1

    The new design of Area 1 Road 1 shifted critical path by 72 days and had effect on someother roads as per Impact Programme.

    On 3rd November 2010 via letter ref. TQB/Z51/510/SRE/mj Technital requested JV tomodify the sketch which was submitted earlier with BH-Z51/L-0432-2010/1.5 dated 30

    th

    October 2010.

    On 9th November 2010 via letter ref. BH-Z51/L-459-2010/1.9 JV submitted modifiedsketch as per Technitals request.

    On 23rd November 2010 via letter ref. TQB/Z51/586/SRE/mj Technital informed JV aboutnot attending the sent requirements and asked JV to have discussion on this issue.

    On 1st December 2010 via letter ref. BH-Z51/T-181-2010/1.9 JV informed Technital thatthe soakaway drawing was modified as per their comments. Further to discussion with

    ARE soakaway drawing was submitted via transmittal 181.

    New modification caused effect of 64 days on Road 11 Area 1, 46 days on Road 18 Area1 and Road 19 Area 1 as per Impact Programme.

    On 27th December 2010 via letter ref. TQB/Z51/722/UE/mj & On 2nd January 2011 vialetter ref. TQB/Z51/764/SRE/mj Technital requested JV not to remove material from sitewithout written consent of the owner.

    On 2nd January 2011 JV requested its subcontractor not to remove any material withoutInstructions.

    On 6th January 2011 via letter ref. BH-Z51/L-675-2011/1.5 JV submitted permission fromMinistry of Environment about material disposal and land rental approval.

    On 6th January 2011 via letter ref. BH-Z51/L-672-2011/1.5 JV raised concern aboutstopping disposal of unsuitable material without alternative proposal by Engineer which

    caused no work front in surface water tank area resulting in heavy penalties and fines by

    municipality authorities.

    On 8th January 2011 via letter ref. BH-Z51/L-679-2011/1.5 JV informed Technital aboutcomplete halting of disposal.

    On 10th January 2011 via letter ref. BH-Z51/L-696-2011/1.5 JV informed about impact onwork progress due to accumulation of surplus.

    On 16th January 2011 via letter ref. TQB/Z51/870/ARE/mj Technital informed JV thatdisposal of unsuitable material is JVs own responsibility and confirm that only asphalt

    removed from existing road excavation was unsuitable and given procedure for removal

    of unsuitable material.

    On 3rd February 2011 via letter ref. BH-Z51/L-755-2011/1.5 JV clarified that on insists ofmunicipality JV disposed the excavated material to Qatar Foundation area and once again

    requested for dumping location.

    Disposal of excavated material issue was finally resolved on 9 th June 2011 affectingmany areas.
