A major advantage of fibre-cement cladding is its ability to resist weather of all kinds. Frosts and thaws, lots of heat, lots of water – none of these pose a threat to fibre-cement facades. Fibre-cement sheets retain their shape at all times, and their ability to resist rot and fungal infection is equally impressive. The result is a long-lived facade with minimum maintenance requirements.

Colours based on careful thoughthow did we decide on the new Cembrit colours? the urBannature concept was developed in close co-operation between the Cembrit R&D department and designers and architects from Pentagon Design. They considered how human beings perceive and respond to colours, both conscious and unconscious. Based on research and testing, we developed a range of colours that please, soothe and excite. Fix the fibre-cement facade boards to the sub-construction by “hanging” the boards on the aluminium profile. A special groove locks the board to the profile and ensures that the board remains fixed when exposed to heavy wind and suction.

Cembrit Flow System is available with the 59 facade boards in the URBANNATURE range. For installation with Cembrit Flow System, the facade boards come in two standard dimensions. The flexibility of Cembrit Flow System allows you to easily cut the boards on site to fit your project.
