JAIN CONTRACTORS (P) LTD is a Jalandhar (Punjab) based company engaged in civil engineering construction and related activities. From a nascent beginning 15 years ago as a small contracting company, JC has now emerged as a leading, Construction Company of the

region.

From institutional and commercial buildings to factories, industrial buildings to residential construction. JC has a varied experience both in terms of types of construction undertaken as well as the size of the projects.

JC is consistently associated with high standards of service, quality, integrity and personal attention to clients. We remain true to our founding values of quality, honesty and hard

work and are proactive in finding solutions for our clients that best achieve their goals.

Overall we deliver value at lower price and higher technical competence. We run a tight organization and take pride in our ability to deliver a project on time, again and again. We Have developed a stable client base with significant repeat business.

MANAGEMENT

JC was promoted by Mr. J.K. Jain and his son Kamal Jain, belonging to a family of third

generation contractors.

We started in the private sector in 1996 as a proprietorship as M/s Kamal Jain Constructions which was later incorporated in 2014 as M/s JAIN CONTRACTORS (P) LTD. Kamal Jain has sound technical background with a bachelor’s degree in Civil

engineering coupled with a Masters in Structures (M.Tech). By encouraging a culture founded on a sense of pride and belonging and empowering

our employees to take initiative and assume responsibility, we have formed a capable, dedicated and loyal team of permanent staff.

CAPABILITY AND RESOURCES

By God’s grace and the good wishes of the patrons, JC has grown at a rapid pace and has shown a CAGR of over 40% p.a. for the last 10 yrs. The company has executed projects

of about 30 lacs sft worth about Rs 200 crores.

Pre- Engineered Building

Relying on the goodwill generated over a period of nearly twenty years in civil construction, Jain Contractors (P) Ltd has diversified into pre engineered building construction.

PEB concept allows for cost-effective and speedy completion of commercial, industrial and architectural buildings.It has several distinct advantages over other conventional building systems .

Value Pre-engineered steel structures require a lower initial investment, lower maintenance cost , and are environmentally friendly .

other conventional building system

Flexibility Large, clear spans allow customers to accommodate any type of business comfortably and efficiently,as well as to expand and change their setup whenever they desire. Customised PEB provides for design flexibility allowing customised solutions to create a unique, and attractive appearance that fits the distinctive business image of each customer. The main components of a PEB are- 1 Structural components-

a) Primary Built Up Members- These are plate girders manufactured using High grade steel plate conforming to Grade 345 sourced from trusted vendors like TATA, SAIL, Jindal etc

b) Secondary Members – These are generally C or Z shaped formed from High grade steel

conforming to Grade 50 or equivalent, available in 1.5 mm, 1.75 mm. 2.0 mm, 2.25 mm, 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm thickness

These are factory painted with shop applied primer and allow for sturdy construction, excellent durability and optimum quality. 2 Sheets - sheets are manufactured out of aluminium – zinc coated high tensile steel coils sourced from

leading manufactures (JSW, Bhushan Steels , Blue scope, Ispat , Jindal)

3 Bracings -Longitudinal cross bracing, used to provide lateral stability to the structure against wind,

seismic or other forces, comprises of rods, pipes, angles or cables.

4 Accessories- As per the functional and architectural requirements, accessories are supplied in ready to fit condition. like gutters, down take pipes, ridge vents, skylights etc Attachments like Hot-dip galvanized connection bolts, anchor bolts, Self drilling fasteners etc
