3.3. WEATHER Most important information first: The Weather. The answer is easy and straightforward: The Dutch

weather can be unpredictable, and it is recommended that all athletes should prepare for all weather

conditions: warm, sunny, cloudy, cold, wind and rain! But the last few years where warm and sunny

and always an Non wetsuit swim.

The water temperature is likely to be somewhere in the area of 20‐24°c, it is therefore impossible to

predict whether it’s wetsuit or non-wetsuit swim.
