To rehabilitate existing pump stations to improve reliability and provide wet weather capacity assurance in the sewer collection system by increasing pump station capacity to manage peak wet weather flows and prevent sanitary sewer overflows.

The package consists of five pump station projects.

Front end documents are unique. The Design-Bid-Build-Packages will be using EJCDC which differs from the City’s historical Greenbook. The CMAR contract front end documents are based on Consensus 500. Project Labor Agreement (PLA) is still being evaluated. GMP 1 noted that PLA is not in place, but that the City is in the process of evaluating implementation of PLA for potential CWP projects. To be determined.
