Members present included Jim Radke, Paul Gruber arriving at 7:45pm, Gary Reeve, Charles Hobbick, and Bob Riddle. There were no members absent. City Superintendent Mark Hargis and City Clerk Angie Tracy were also present. Geary Kendall requested to either be reimbursed for the tree that was removed in front of City Hall that memorialized his grandfather or to have a new memorial tree planted in a different city owned location. Bob Riddle volunteered to plant a tree in the City Park to replace the memorial tree. The Council and Geary all agreed to this arrangement. Charles Hobbick made a motion to approve the Agenda.
