Scope of Work
The project will include these rectifying measures:
Installation of sleeves through new concrete to allow future plumbing line accessibility Concrete will be poured over current patios of 41 units, totaling 2,394 square feet Concrete will be poured over existing entrances to 8 units that currently need additional rampgrade to acquire ADA-accessibility, totaling 800 square feet The 27 remaining non-ADA-accessible unit entrances and sidewalks will be removed and re-poured, totaling 10,053.35 square feet 80 cubic feet of curb will be removed and re-poured adjacent to the parking lot to ensureADA-accessibility
The entire project for concrete work includes the following materials: Remove and haul off existing concrete Set forms and irrigation/plumbing/electrical sleeves Place inch crushed rock for sub-grade and compact Install flashing and water protection at patios and entries where concrete may contact thebuilding Place and finish concrete, 6.5 sack 3,500 psi mix design, 3.5 inch minimum thickness, fiber
mesh added for reinforcement Place soils at removed retaining wall to allow for landscaped areas to taper into existinglandscaped areas Final clean up
