PROPOSAL: A conditional use permit to amend previously approved stipulations #1 and #2 to allow both the preschool and child care center to increase their enrollments and to allow for the operation of a full-day kindergarten as a component of the preschool. PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommends that UP-99-29(Rev 7/14) be APPROVED with the following stipulations: (8-0; Williams/Hutchinson, Bell excused)
1. The applicant/owner shall provide Development Engineering, Code Enforcement with two (2) complete sets of architectural sealed and signed plans for review and approval prior to the issuance of a new zoning permit/certificate of occupancy for the preschool and child care center.
2. A maximum of 200 pupils shall be enrolled in the preschool/full-day kindergarten at any one time.
3. A maximum of 120 children shall be enrolled in the child care center at any one time.
4. The preschool/kindergarten’s hours of operation shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
5. The child care center’s hours of operation shall be from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Mrs. Hanson read UP-99-29(Rev 7/14) into the record for Commission review and action.
Staff Presentation:
Mrs. Hanson stated that based on sound planning practices, Planning staff recommended that UP-99-29(Rev 7/14) be APPROVED with the stipulations as listed in the official agenda.

Commissioner Williams moved that UP-99-29(Rev 7/14) be APPROVED with the stipulations as listed in the official agenda and as recommended by staff. Commissioner Hutchinson seconded the motion. The motion was carried by a vote of 8 - 0. Commissioner Bell was excused.
