stereo radio/cassette can be operated by the steering

The central console sits conveniently between the seats. It has a large open storage area to carry

small items, three small bottle holders and a portable ashtray. In addition LX and Enterprise

models feature a 12V power socket on the passenger side.

The Citroën Berlingo can cater for an impressive 600kg or 800kg load (dependent on

versions) with its slender frame. Without doubt, a real asset to satisfy the most

demanding requirements of any trade.

Mass equals volume. With its massive 3 cubic metres of load space (LX and Enterprise

models), the Berlingo is ready for anything. And, thanks to its completely flat floor, you

can load up using lifting gear and a standard European pallet.

What about those objects which take up a lot of space? The Berlingo caters for

everything. There’s a standard load length of 1.70m that extends up to 2.10m if you

fold the multi-function passenger seat (LX and Enterprise models). So, no problems

with ladders, piping or planks.

Time to open up the Citroën Berlingo! The two rear doors open

effortlessly. First to 90°, then to 180° if you need it.

The most unwieldy, heavy and awkward objects can be put in this

loading space by just sliding them in on the flat surface.

ACCESSIBILITY FOR ALL

First there’s the very useful 3m3 volume.Then, thanks to the

wide door and the optional sliding side doors, there’s the

easy access to the expansive inner space (single side loading

door is standard on Enterprise models). But the Citroën

Berlingo offers further clever ways of increasing its load

capacity. With the minimum of effort, the multi-function seat

folds to reveal a horizontal worktable. Then, just one more

adjustment, and an extra length of approximately 40cm is

revealed and even the lengthiest of objects will fit.

In short, when it looks like the space has run out, there’s still

more to be had.

swings up 90°. Staying in its

open position on its stand,

it releases a load space of

2.10 m between the rear

door and the space

passenger area.

A metal half-height bulkhead is available as an option

on all models except platform cab.

In addition when carrying a variety of small items, a

protective grille (available as an accessory) means you

can separate the driver’s area from the load space.

The standard ladder frame bulkhead behind the

driver’s seat, protects the driver from the movement

of heavy loads in the event of sharp deceleration.

The rear opening roof flap can be unlocked in an

instant and, thanks to the removable aluminium

protection bar, even the longest items are secure.

Step inside the Citroën Berlingo and there’s a wealth of clever,

practical ideas that really come into their own with usage. How

about the version with the double rear doors? Or there’s the

Whichever version you choose, there’s masses of storage space,

lots of well thought out touches together with a whole host of

unobtrusive yet useful details. All to simplify some of the daily

Easily accessible without bending forward, the door pockets are able to store plans,

The high-frequency remote controlled locking

means the driver can lock and unlock the

vehicle at a moment's notice (LX and Enterprise

models only).

The front seat belts have pyrotechnic pre-tensioners

and a limiting device for optimal response in the event

of impact.
