    Am I eligible?To be considered for Chartered statusyou need to:

    Have been working in IT for 8 to 10 years(this can be reduced to a minimum of 5 yearsdepending on your academic qualications)

    Have spent at least 3 of the past 5 yearsin an IT role that demonstrates:

    Signicant inuence and responsibility

    A challenging range of complex workactivities

    Full accountability Well-developed business skills

    Your skills and experience need to be backedup by supporters nominated by you (theycan be your employer, clients or colleagues).They need to be sufciently familiar withyour work to have a reliable opinion ofyour level of ability.

    Whats involved?

    After your online application and supporterreports have been reviewed you will beinvited to:

    Sit a Breadth of Knowledge test

    Attend a Skills Assessment interview
