Web Based Mobile Based SMS Based

Those having PC can complain through web. Those having android phones can report through android app. To control the illiteracy factor one can report through SMS.

Now we will brief about what we have developed.

Working

• User fill out the web form

• It is mailed to the facility and also stored the data into the Database

• Municipality view the problem on email or on Map and assign the worker accordingly

• When an address is stored in Database it points a marker on the map

• Worker can access the map anywhere to find the location

• Worker after finishing the job confirms the Municipality and they confirms user by sending an SMS on his/her mobile number

• If the problem is solved then the problem is automatically removed from database and on map

• It is fetched and stored in the Database

• From database this information is mailed to admin email and location will be tagged on map

• Municipality view the problem on email or on Map and assign the worker accordingly

• Worker can access the map anywhere to find the location

• Worker after finishing the job confirms the Municipality and they confirms user by sending an SMS on his/her mobile number and result is gathered from SMS reply
