Those having PC can complain through web. Those having android phones can report through android app. To control the illiteracy factor one can report through SMS.

Working
• User fill out the web form
• It is mailed to the facility and also stored the data into the Database
• Municipality view the problem on email or on Map and assign the worker accordingly
• When an address is stored in Database it points a marker on the map
• Worker can access the map anywhere to find the location
• Worker after finishing the job confirms the Municipality and they confirms user by sending an SMS on his/her mobile number
• If the problem is solved then the problem is automatically removed from database and on map
