Setting up your staff account Citi UK Employee – UK Resident Please visit one of our financial centres and a member of our team will be happy to assist you with the opening of your Citi Staff Account. You will require the following pieces of identification: • Your staff pass • Your passport Please note, we will request a reference form HR Shared Services to support your application. New Citi UK Employee - Non Citibank Account Holder Opening a UK bank account with Citi At Work is quick and easy, and our UK based team will be on hand to support you every step of the way. You will need to complete an application form, which can be found at citiatwork.co.uk/staff All fields will need to be completed in block capitals in ink. If you make a mistake and need to make an amendment whilst completing the application form please sign your full signature beside each amendment. If you are applying for a staff account you will also need to provide the following: Confirmation of your UK mailing address, where your account opening documents can be sent. This could be your UK office address and sent C/O your UK Citi HR contact if you’re not yet residing in the UK. A certified copy of your passport. This can be certified by your current Banker, UK Citi HR contact (if you are already in the UK), Official Notary or Lawyer. Your passport should be certified in the following way: On the same side as the copy • ‘I certify that this is a true copy of the original’ • Date • Signature • Name printed or stamped • Company name and address printed or stamped • Contact telephone number The name and contact details of your UK Citi HR contact. We will use this to request a reference letter on your behalf. A W9 form if you are a US PERSON and have a US social security number or A W8 form if you do not consider yourself a US person.
