The Benchmate is the best manual Labeler ever! We've been using ours for over a decade now. Which is what brought me to your site. The blue roller has a groove worn in it from labeling hundreds of thousands of standard 750ml wine bottles. Is that blue rubber roller a replaceable part? If so, how and/or where can I get one? Thanks for the offer. At this stage we also still love our machine. We have not had to use a great deal but when we do it works beautifully. We have only had to do a couple of things to it in the last 11 years or so. We also believe there is plenty of life left in it so at this stage I would decline the offer. I recently visited Europe and stopped in at Chivas and met with Campbell.He was very helpful and spent over an hour with his engineer demonstrating the BenchMax. They are very happy with the quality and reliability of the BenchMax and really ‘sold’ me. They are great product advocates for you!

 After seeing it in action I’m excited about the potential it offers us as a company. My only concern is the distance between Aus and SA, with regards to servicing and parts. What sort of guarantees could you afford us in this regard? May I ask you to please forward me a formal quote for the Bench Max?
