Live Call Statistics Shortcut

The Live Call Statistics Shortcut feature provides users with new shortcuts to

view call statistics for an active call.

Unconfigured Primary Line Notification

Alerts the user when the system administrator has not configured the primary

line. The user sees the message Unprovisioned on the phone screen.

Enhanced Device CTL/ITL Info Alarm

The Enhanced DeviceTLInfo Alarm sends an alarm to the Cisco Unified

Communications Manager when the CTL/ITL file is installed or updated and the phone

is unregistered. The phone reports the CTL/ITL status through the alarm.

Call Transfer Notification

• The Call Transfer Notification feature enables users to identify

who transferred a ringing call to them. The name of the person

assistant phone log for private manager calls.
