Enhanced Device CTL/ITL Info Alarm

The Enhanced DeviceTLInfo Alarm sends an alarm to the Cisco Unified

Communications Manager when the CTL/ITL file is installed or updated and the phone

is unregistered. The phone reports the CTL/ITL status through the alarm.
