Demo Description

UCS Manager (UCS-M) This demo is intended to give an introductory overview of the Unified Computing System and UCS Manager. We will

briefly review the main UCS components and architecture and then guide the customer through the UCS Manager

interface. The main emphasis of the demo is Stateless Computing with Service Profiles, including the ability to show a

Service Profile migration from one blade to another in the UCS system.

UCS Director (Cloupia) This demo will provide an overview of the capabilities of the UCS Director solution. Topics covered include an overview of

both the administrator and end user interfaces, the Unified Dashboard, the self service catalog, and the workflow

designer. The purpose of this demo is to provide an introduction to the solution and it's capabilities.

Application Centric

Infrastructure (ACI)

This demo will provide an overview of the ACI solution. It will focus on the Application Policy Infrastructure Controller

(APIC). Depending on the audience we have the ability to highlight both the APIC GUI and programming interfaces. The

purpose of the demo is to provide an introduction to the key ACI concepts/constructs and to show the power/flexibility of

the APIC GUI and programming interfaces.

Cisco Intelligent WAN solution (IWAN), Cisco Wide Area Application Services (WAAS) is a comprehensive, cost-effective,

cloud-ready WAN optimization solution which accelerates applications (and are vendor validated), optimizes bandwidth,

provides local hosting of branch IT services, and enables cloud services, all with comprehensive network integration

options. The Transport Independent and Intelligent Path Control features of Cisco IWAN utilize DMVPN/IPsec and

Performance Routing (PfR v3) overlay designs to provide flexible and scalable modular design. This design supports

application policy-based path selection based on delay, loss, jitter, and path preference, with load balancing for full

utilization of all bandwidth. Combined, these features result in improved network availability.

network intrusion prevention. This demonstration showcases the Sourcefire Defense Center. The Defense Center is the

central management console for all Sourcefire security solutions, featuring real-time awareness and visibility.

The Sourcefire Defense Center lets you see and correlate extensive amounts of event data – applications, users, devices,

operating systems, vulnerabilities, services, processes, files and threats – so you can get the complete picture of your

network. The Defense Center provides automated event impact assessment, policy tuning, policy management, network

behavior analysis and user identification to allow you to keep pace with ever changing network environments.

From the Defense Center interface, you can conduct forensic analysis, trends analysis, reporting and alerting. This

release includes increased active data input with an improved traffic generator for more substantial and realistic
