Submitting a Pickup Request
Cisco Global Scrap Program
• GS is a process to collect and recycle e-scrap from repair vendors, distribution warehouses, demo depot, and distributor stock rotations.
• All GS recycling is done in an environmentally responsible way and in alignment with all global and local legal requirements.

• Cisco badged persons can log in with their CEC user ID and password
• Persons without Cisco badges log in using their Cisco.com user ID
Get Registered, Then Log In
• All required fields are marked with an *
• Consolidate loads to 100 kg+ to reduce costs
• Loads must contain e-scrap only and be packaged/palletized prior to submission
• Use calibrated scales to provide accurate weights
Notes on the Collection Request Process
• Use the “special instructions” field to communicate any nonstandard needs
• Attach Cisco approval and item listing
• Actual pickup date will be determined via communication between recycler and submitter
