Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT)

Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) certified professional has the ability to install, operate and troubleshoot a small enterprise branch network. By gaining this certification, the professional is eligible for entry level network support positions.

The training covers networking fundamentals, basic security and wireless concepts, WAN technologies, routing and switching fundamentals and configuring simple networks.  

By doing CCENT you make yourself eligible for CCNA which covers medium size network with more complex networking connections.
