The lot was sure a rough one*Hoxie had been there about twoweeks ealler when the lot was wet,so it was deeply rutted* But itwas nice weether when we were onthe lot.

Arrived home in time to seaWilier-Johnson at Salem. Ore.(Now,6) where they had to cut the specand Pat Anthony's cat act becauseof the big overflow corwd* It wasa cold and wet lot — this wasn'ta straw house, it was a "mudhouse*"

The tent is in geed shape andthings were dry considering thecondition of the lot before theystarted setting up* They have afine show and that two piece band-- organ and drums — plays somegood music.

HORSE STOLENA well-trained horse celled

•Fresno Barred" was reported sto-len from the Grand Nationals atthe Cow Pelace in San Franciscoon Nov. 4th. The 10 year old horsehas won many trophies — barrelracing, cutting, roping, and evenbull-dogging.

Show's Nov. 4th engagement at So.Yarmouth, Mass, was a complete sellout, officiels report. Two perfor-mances were preaanted, which resul-ted in a gross ticket sale of some$35,000 for the day.

The show was thefirst event of itekind to play the newCepe Cod Coliseum,

and they've beenbooked for aweekend date atthe building in1974.
