CIRCUMPLEX LEADERSHIP SCAN 360° CIRCUMPLEX BEHAVIOUR SCAN 360° PROGRAM OVERVIEW Aim: Our Certification Program equips and educates professionals with the latest research, tools, and practices using the CLS360 Pty. Ltd. diagnostics. The program certifies an individual in the use of the CLS360 and CBS360 diagnostics. Components: There are three components to our Certification Program: 1. Certification Enrolment—this is the initial phase of the process, which is designed to ensure applicants have the required prerequisites for the program. 2. Certification Training—this component includes all of the workshops and action learning components in the program within a nine-week period. 3. Certification Recognition—this is aimed at recognising Certified Consultants’ on-going use of the CLS360 and CBS360 diagnostics by automatically recertifying Certified Consultants once appropriate requirements have been met and rewarding the Certified Consultants along the way. Includes but is not limited to the following: • Coaches, trainers, and consultants • OD, HR, and L&D professionals • Psychologists CertifiCation training The Certification Training involves three workshops with action learning components in between: 1. Certification 1 (C1) Workshop (1 day) 2. Action Learning Case Studies Part 1 (4 weeks) 3. Certification 2 (C2) Workshop (2 days) 4. Action Learning Case Studies Part 2 (4 weeks) 5. Certification 3 (C3) Workshop (1 day) Participants need to successfully complete all components of the Certification Training to graduate as a Certified Consultant.
