Case: Constructed using glued dowels, bolts and ¾” 45 lb. particle board that is laminated with thermofused melamine on all sides. Toe kicks are 4” in height. Sides are bored with ¼” hold on 1-1/4” centers for adjustability.
Drawers: Powder coated steel sides, 5/8” thick thermofused melamine bottoms and epoxy coated slides provide a 100 lb capacity. Fronts are field adjustable.
Levelers: Heavy duty, adjustable levelers with metal brackets are standard.
Wire Management: All units are standard with 3” grommets that allow wires to flow underneath, from one to another. Plastic wire troughs are also standard to help organization.
Hinges: Concealed European hinges are standard.
Shelves: Shelving is 1” thick with specified color on both sides. Includes clear, thermoplastic shelf pins with double tip inserts and pin clips to secure shelves firmly in place. Pin rated at 300 lb. capacity.
