The Company
We are an all Brazilian company producing Circuit Boards from single face boards to multilayers (20 layers).
Founded in 1985, Circuibras has the UL Certifications (Underwriters Laboratories Inc.), ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14000 (being implemented).
Presently Circuibras enjoys a 4,500 m2 facility with a monthly productive capacity of 4,000m2.
Integrated Quality and Environmental Policy
Committed to safeguarding environment against pollution derived from its activities and to comply with clients’ needs, Circuibras has based its integrated policy on the following principles:
• Managerial development and personnel, devoted to clients and environment
• Comply with the organization’s applicable legal requirements and other subscriptions
• Control the usage of natural resources in order to reduce environmental impact through staff’s awareness and environmental managing programs
• Constant endeavor to enhance the quality of Circuit Boards produced by Circuibras through technological inovation
Environmental Compliance
• ISO 14,000 is being implemented
• Circuibras has always been compliant to environment and has a 8,000 m2 preservation area
• Concern with tributaries is paramount and utmost infrastructure is applied to reduce and do away with waste
COMPANY HISTORY
• 1985 – Though yet in a confined 80m2 area, Circuibras starts production competing on equal footing in quality and productivity with major manufacturers those days
• 1986 – The production of Double Face boards with metallized holes commences with a monthly 100m2 capacity
• 1994 – A succession of sizable investments in equipment and the implementation of high technology paid off in quality and productivity after altering the social contract
• 1998 – Circuibras achieves the UL Certification – Underwriters Laboratories – under # E193328
• 1999 - Circuibras moves to its present facility and multilayers boards are put into production (4 and 6 layers)
• 2002 – Circuibras obtains the ISO 9001 Certification from BVQI
• 2006 - The process to be certified to ISO 14 000 is setup. “Lead Free” production starts and multilayers capacity is augmented up to 16 layers
• 2008 - Circuibras begins producing blind vias and buried vias
• 2010 - A strategic plan is put into motion in order to raise Circuibras to the position of one of the best PCB manufacturers in Brazil, and Flexibility is our keyword to reach this target
• 2011 – A year of great investments in high-tec equipment, such as inkjet printer for legend components, LDI equipment and a direct metallization line
• 2012 – Production of high complexity boards with lines up to 0.05 mm (2 mils) and 24 layers
