Our team is more than 20 Bar managers, Bartenders, and barmaids between Beirut and Dubai and still growing
Alex (Operations Manager)
Has been in the Bar industry for the past 10 years, worked
and managed many high end lounges, night clubs, and beach
resort bars (Momo's, La suite, Train station...). He was trained
under some of the oldest bartenders in the world like: Dale
Degrof, Uano San, Garry Reagan, Salvator Calabreze, Angus
Wanchester and under some new world class number one
bartenders like: Eric lorencz, Manabu Otaka, Tim Philips,Denis Zoppie.
Alex plays a big role in sharing his experience and high standards with Cin Cin’s team.
Bilal(Bar Manager)
He started his carrier as a busboy at the renowned Phoenicia
Intercontinental Hotel in Beirut to a bar manager in a few years after, He then Bar managed some high end clubs, lounges, and bars like Maison Blanche, Train Station, Beans bar…His 8 years of bartending experience and funny character cannot but leave a smile on our guests.

Roula (Bar Manager)
Has been entertaining folks from behind the bar for the past 8 years.Her wit and charm create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to relax and unwind with a few cocktails and lively conversation. Roula’s experience ranges from bartending for private parties to large crowds including weddings, corporate events and special occasions. Whatever
the occasion may be, Roula is the perfect bartender to entertain your guests and keep the party energized.
Ali (Bar Manager)
Has worked in upscale restaurants and bars for over 5+ years and has been with Alex working side by side for the past 4 years. This guy has too much potential adding to it his charm and high professionalism, he will absolutely make it BIG in the Bartending World.
Sam(Bar Manager)
Has worked in upscale restaurants and bars for over 5+ years, starting as a host and busboy. As soon as he turned 18, hebegan waiting tables, then moved up to bartender at several pubs and lounges. Besides Samer’s MBA degree, his passion to bartending made him join the Cin Cin team in June 2013.
