This new addition to the roster of high end restaurants and bars owned by the Liberty Entertainment Group, which include the Liberty Grand, Spice Route, C Lounge, Courthouse, Rosewater Supper Club and the Phoenix Concert Theatre among others is strategically situated in the center of Toronto’s upscale playground: King West Village. Private opening party for Cibo Wine Bar With exposed blond brickwork and pine floors, Cibo Wine Bar is the place for drinks before enjoying any Toronto activities or an informal dinner for two in a casual yet elegant atmosphere. The music, which can be described as relaxed, lounge-style, was not blasting in the background, which enables you to carry on a conversation. We were served a complimentary house white wine, which was dry and citrusy. Torontonicity was invited to attend the private party celebrating Cibo Wine Bar‘s opening at 522 King Street Weston June 27, 2013. The glorious open kitchen includes a pizza oven for making Cibo Wine Bar’s signature pizza. You can watchchefs prepare other restaurant specialties including lobster ravioli and spaghetti carbonara.

Extensive wine collection at Cibo Wine Bar

Cibo Wine Bar’s extensive wine collection is overwhelming. I hope to return and sample some of theChardonnays from their vintage collection.
