What is IRIS? • LCDP is complex programme with an anti poverty &
social inclusion focus
• Multi dimensional system required
• Integrates strategic and annual planning with
financial payments and case management
• Allows users of the system to look at performance
and service delivery from many aspects
• Aims to evidence the effectiveness or not of the
targeting of activities to areas of disadvantage and
outcomes.
