CIAO-HELLO Information Centre:

• Ciao and Hello information centre is aimed at welcoming, helping, supporting and giving information to Italian and international students keen to study at Sapienza University

• While Ciao office manages above all Italian

students, the Hello service operates as a first

meeting point and help desk for international

students, addressing them to the right office

within Sapienza.

• Ciao-Hello opening hours: from Monday to

Friday, from 9.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

• This service is chaired by an office manager,

run by Sapienza staff and supported by non-

Eu and Eu students receiving a scholarship

for 150 hours of work.
