MY CHURCHILL DOWNS ACCOUNT

Through your My Churchill Downs Account, you will have 24-hour access to manage your tickets free of charge! Using your My Churchill Downs Account, you can:

« Renew and purchase tickets to your favorite race dates and events

« Transfer your ticket(s) to friends

« Print or reprint your ticket(s) to any home or office printer

« Safely and securely sell your ticket(s) through Ticket Exchange

« View your ticket(s) on your mobile device

Managing your tickets through your My Churchill Downs Account is convenient, simple, secure, and allows you the ultimate flexibility in using your seats.

To log in to your My Churchill Downs Account via a desktop computer, use your account ID or an email address on your account. If you are logging in via a mobile device or app, you must use the primary email address on your account.

If you do not know your password, click on “Forgot Your Password?” to have a temporary password emailed to you. If your temporary password does not work, your account may be locked due to inactivity.

Once logged in, you may change your password through the edit my profile link on the home page.

SELLING TICKETS AS A SEASON BOX HOLDER, TURF CLUB MEMBER, TWIN SPIRES MEMBER,

OR ALREADY HAVE AN EXISTING MY CHURCHILL DOWNS ACCOUNT.

STEP 1: Visit https://oss.ticketmaster.com/aps/churchill on your desktop web browser and log in to your account. You may also visit https://churchilldowns.com/tickets and click on the Log In link from the main toolbar or under the Tickets category and Memberships section.

STEP 2: Select manage my tickets; then select the specific event. Note you can switchbetween calendar and list view by using these icons

STEP 3: Click Sell Tickets on the top bar and then select the seats you want to sell.

STEP 4: The tickets you have selected are now stored in your queue in the upper-right-hand corner of your screen. You can either select additional races or seats, or continue the process of selling your tickets by clicking post for sale in the upper-right-hand corner.

STEP 5: On the next page, a pop-up box to confirm your actions will appear. Click Continue to post for sale.



STEP 6: Your seller profile will appear in a pop up box for any necessary updates.

STEP 7: Use the drop down menus to select the Pricing method, Your payout, the Remove listing date. You may also select up to three additional Seat details. You may usethe Price Guide tab to see the prices of recently sold tickets in your section.

The payout is the price you would like to receive per ticket.

STEP 8: Verify your direct deposit information for payment to a checking or savings account. Click Continue.



STEP 9: Confirm the listing details, agree to the terms of use and click Submit Listing.

*Please allow up to 15 minutes for your ticket(s) to appear for purchase by potential buyers. You will receive a confirmation email once your tickets have been posted.

*If you decide to attend the event or give your ticket(s) to a friend, it is your responsibility to remove the listing using the Edit Your Posting button in the Manage My Tickets module of My Churchill Downs Account. All sales are final.

MOBILE APP SELLING TICKETS WITH AN EXISTING MY CHURCHILL DOWNS ACCOUNT.

STEP 1: Open the Churchill Downs App from your mobile device and click on the Tickets banner on the home screen or the ticket icon on the bottom tool bar.

STEP 2: Click on the Manage & Scan Tickets button.

STEP 3: Sign into the app with the primary email on your My Churchill Downs Account Manager.

STEP 4: From the events listing page, you can either touch the event to open and view all the tickets associated to that order individually. Then select which tickets to resale.

Or you can click the three dot circle from the event listing page as a short cut to sell all tickets on that order.

Download the Churchill Downs mobile app and you can manage tickets from your phone, including posting tickets for resale and scanning tickets at the gate for entry.

STEP 5: Once you select the tickets you wish to resale, follow the five steps on the app to post for resale.1. Pricing Method2. Select When to Remove Your Listing3. How to Get Paid4. Allow Seat Splits5. Seat Details

STEP 6: After completing these five steps, set your price and post for sale.


*If you decide to attend the event or give your ticket(s) to a friend, it is your responsibility to remove the listing using the Manage My Tickets module of My Churchill Downs Account. All sales are final.

SELLING TICKETS AS A SINGLE TICKET PURCHASER FROMTICKETMASTER.COM AND POSTING BY BARCODE.

STEP 1: Visit kentuckyderby.com/resale on your desktop web browser and click the link to visit the Ticket Exchange website to sell your tickets.

STEP 2: You will be redirected to Ticket Exchange. Select the type ofevent that you wish to post.

STEP 3: For Day at the Races events, determine which race event you would like to resale. Then click the Sell Tickets button next to thecorresponding event.


STEP 4: Select CONTINUE under the TICKET HOLDER heading. *Note If you select the Season Ticket Holder option to continue, you will be redirected back to the My Churchill Downs Account website.

STEP 5: Log in to your Ticket Exchange account or register for a new account. This is not the same account as your My Churchill DownsAccount. However, your ticketmaster.com account may work as well.

STEP 6: Enter the number of tickets you are posting for sale and the corresponding barcode numbers.


STEP 7: Input the price that you wish to be paid per ticket.

STEP 8: Complete the credit card information blanks. Additionally, choose if you would like to be paid by check or direct deposit, if your tickets sell.

*Note, all sellers are required to have a valid credit card on file to protect against fraudulent posts. Click Next.

STEP 9: Review your listing for accuracy. Edit the Price (each) and List Untilboxes, if needed or required. Check the box to accept the seller agreement. Then list your tickets for sale.


*If you decide to attend the event or give your ticket(s) to a friend, it is your responsibility to remove the listing using the Current Listings by clicking the My Account link in the upper-right-hand corner of the screen. All sales are final.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why are certain tickets not available for posting?Possible reasons include: • The tickets for that event have not yet been printed. Tickets must have a barcode to post for resale. • The tickets or the season ticket package has not yet been paid in full.• The event is happening too soon (day of race) to list the tickets.• The event is not eligible for resale, or resale has not yet been activated.• The section or seat location of your ticket may not be eligible for resale.You may also contact Ticket Exchange for assistance by calling 800-842-7112.

Once my tickets have been posted for sale, can I change my mind?Yes, you can change the price, pricing method, listing expiration date, etc. or remove your listing altogether anytime before your tickets sell. To edit your posting, log into your My Churchill Downs Account and click Manage My Tickets on the home screen. Click the Transfer & Resale box at the top left of the Manage My Tickets window. Click on the link for Listed for sale. All of your resale tickets will appear and are available for action.

How will I receive payment for my sold tickets?Enjoy hassle-free direct deposit to your checking or saving account.

How will my Kentucky Derby or Oaks resale tickets be delivered?Due to the high demand for Kentucky Derby and Oaks tickets, all purchased resale tickets will be available for mobile phone delivery only (eticket). Users must have a mobile device to scan the ticket QR code to enter the facility. There are no reprints for resale tickets, including the inability to retrieve the resale ticket on your mobile device due to a lack of carrier data coverage.


What additional amenities or other notes are linked to my ticket posting or purchase?When posting your tickets for resale, you should use the Seat Details option to explain to buyers that your seats are Limited View, include Food and Beverage, etc.When buying resale tickets, if the seat details are not listed and you are unsure if a seat has amenities, obstructions, general admission, etc, contact Churchill Downs for verification prior to purchasing. Note that seat detail information may not be visible during the purchase process on ticketmaster.com.

I do not see a seat location on Ticket Exchange? If you purchase your resale tickets on Ticket Exchange, you will be informed of your seat location upon receipt of the tickets. If you purchase your resale tickets on ticketmaster.com using TM+ or the ticketmaster mobile app, you will be able to see your seat location at the time of purchase.

Will I share a box or table with another customer?If you do not purchase a full box or table, there is a opportunity that another patron may purchase tickets to be seated with you.

Where will my tickets show up for resale purchase?Customers can visit kentuckyderby.com/resale for a link to the Ticket Exchange home page. After selecting a race event category, customers may click on the Buy Tickets link for the desired race to purchase resale tickets. Customers will be redirected to ticketmaster.com using TM+ to purchase resale tickets.Customer may also find your listed tickets by using the ticketmaster mobile app or going directly to ticketmaster.com and searching for the Churchill Downs event.
