Pastor’s Reflections:

“Living Life Together… in Christ!” And all who believed were together and had all things in common.

(Acts 2:44 ESV)

Reflecting back, what a magnificent Lord's Day of worship for MFBC's

One-Day Spring Revival, with Dr. Frankie Melton, Pastor of Heath

Springs Baptist Church, preaching two powerful sermons; special music

was provided by The Swamp Fox Quartet, Mr. Robbie Baxley, & MFBC

Praise Team & Choir. There were several church members who

rededicated their lives to the Lord! To God be the Glory!

Reflecting ahead, this coming Sunday, April 21st, I will be preaching a

special sermon on MFBC’s ministry theme: “Living Life Together… in

Christ!”, for the morning worship service, preluding MFBC’s Annual

Church-wide Picnic at the Diamond E Farm, at 4:00pm. Please make

plans to attend this wonderful family event; also, use this as an

opportunity to invite your “unchurched” and “nochurched” family,

friends, and neighbors.

I look forward to seeing you this week as we continue “Living Life Together… in Christ!”

Blessings, Pastor chadwick, John 3:30

Senior Adults! It’s time to get nostalgic. The Senior Adult Banquet on April 29 will take you back to the Happy Days. As you might guess, our decorating team will need your help. Here are some items that you could help provide: high school yearbooks, letter jackets/sweaters, pictures and other memorabilia. Make a list of your items and bring those items to the church office by April 18. Also make sure you RSVP through sign-up lists in Sunday School classes or contact the church office.

The Youth Committee is also needing help identifying anyone who is graduating from college or any further education degrees. If you know of someone in our church graduating with an associates, bachelors, masters, or phd, please contact the church office.
