"FAITH.... FELLOWSHIP..... and FLY BALLS!! With Spring comes the unique opportunity to venture outside again and take up many of the activities we all enjoy. It also provides for the opportunity to spend time with your fellow parishioners, and those from other parishes, in healthy and good natured games of Softball! For the 8th year Holy Family is fielding a team of men and women, ages 18 and up, to engage in friendly competition against five other parishes. The games, while competitive, are always good spirited. Unlike a public league, everyone gets to play in the field and swing for the fences. If you have just graduated high school and are looking to keep active, or if you are in college and want to stay active during the summer, or if you have not played in a while (or ever) and want to take advantage of the exercise and fresh air, come on out and join us! Practices have begun with games starting in May. If you are interested in joining, or just curious, please contact Phil Muldoon at [email protected] or contact the parish office."

JOHN 20:19B Are you good at making people feel welcome? When you meet someone new, a new neighbor, a new work colleague, a new parishioner, do you make them feel at home? Many of us can probably do a much better job at this. When we make people feel welcome, we make them feel like they are included instead of being excluded. A Steward’s simple “hello” and a smile goes a long way.

Received Budgeted Difference April 9, 2017 $17,747 $16,250 $1,497 FY 2016 to date $635,971 $666,250 -$30,099

Your generosity to your parish is appreciated!

You have a voice in the Catholic Church and we want to hear it. The Diocesan Office of Youth, Young Adult & Campus Ministry is conducting an area wide survey of all Youth & Young Adults to help understand your spiritual and social

needs. This includes all those in middle, high school, college students, young singles, young families, etc. We are interested in the responses of those who regularly attend Mass, occasionally attend, and those who may have left the Catholic Church or are no longer practicing.

If you are a Teen or Young Adult, or if you have Teenagers or Young Adults in your family, please visit www.camdendiocese.org/synod-2018. It only takes 5-12 minutes to complete and all responses are anonymous. The results will be shared with pastors and church leaders to help reach your needs. The more responses the better, so share with your teenage and young adult family and friends. The survey will be live through the end of May.

Attention all those ages 14-39!
